9.9 Step Money Marketing Machine

Posted by admin

Ive outlined a step by step marketing process flow, and more, on how to setup an online Money Marketing Machine. This is not hype, or sales, and I do not make any money giving this valuable information away free.

Step 1 : Set Goals : Sounds basic, but most fail right here at the beginning, so lets jump start the process roadmap for you. Roll out a 1 year goal roadmap, break it down by each month. I built factories in many countries so how do you think I did this. There was no option to fail . So here is your final goal at Month 12: Your goal is resign from your 8 to 5 job forever. Sounds scary but a realistic goal. Now you can change at will, but at least make a commitment. Other options to consider; retire at month 12, and your job becomes a hobby.

Step 2 : Goal for Month 1, Decision on what information product you are going to focus on and market. Sounds as if I made the decision for you, and I did in fact. Simply any successful marketing individual will say it over and over, works for me. Information is in constant demand, the internet; your marketing money machine, has an endless thirst for information. Go write an e-book about something you really enjoy, sport, hobby, something you always had a passion for, and start writing now. Find someone to complete it , if need be.

Step 3 : Complete drafting goals for months 2 through 11. How you approach this is really simple, and again lets make this easy for you. Month 12 goal is very clear on exactly what you are planning to achieve, the goal is written in blood, you signed it, your wife blessed it ; since you will have some expenses, and the wife should be a supporter of your future. Here is how you approach filling in your monthly goals. Actually start with your month 12 goal, and work your way back, making adjustments, modifications as your goal structure takes place.

Step 4. Planning stage ; creating a plan of action under each months goal. Now this might look like itemized action items, with even sub action items to be completed in each month time frame. See, you have already established the foundation to a marketing plan, business on the internet, topic of desire, and now its time to think through each step of how you will get there, month to month.

Step 5. Select the following partners in this order, as you are going to start building from the foundation up, your Marketing Money Machine. First, select a domain company, and your first domain name, like Go Daddy, however there are many out there. I am only giving you steps, read up on domains if you need more detail. Second, a web host company, again Host Monster, or Host Gator, read up on hosts, there are many out there. These two offer simple features to build your first website, does this scare you a bit, never built one ? Well me to, but now I have many working for me, its fun. Everything is getting automated, icon, pictures, drag, drop, click. 30 minutes, done. If you do not understand these terms then pull up some sites and read up on further details, start with the two I mentioned, and ask questions, if you still do not get it, have one built, it may cost a small sum, but its all about saving time and headaches.

Step 6. Recap, you have goals over a 1 year period, you have a e-book written, read up on how to; you have some good partners, domain, host acct., a website, your e- book is setup on your site, priced accordingly, since you found similar ones for 29.95 each, so you priced for qty at 19.95 each special time limited offer, and 3 free bonuses. These are all pretty basic. And I added feature which most Hosts provide, are auto responders, read up on these. So, what next.

Step 7: Time to launch, but make this count, here are some simple guidelines to get you going. First register your site , yes by hand, sound scary ? Why, simply because the top three SE companies will ask you to type in the code shown, to verify you are not a robot, spamming them to register every 10 minutes for high SE rankings. So, here they are: Google, Yahoo, MSN. The forms are so easy it might take you over one minute each. Go checkout Google site submit, and look how easy it really is. Now you might ask, what about all those 800,000 SE site submitter robots, that do it all for you, special software for 49.99. Well, simply the 3, I gave you represent well over 90 percent total SE traffic, so right now save your money.

After you are checked out and indexed by SEs, there are methods to track your position, ranking, popularity, etc. Let me stop right here. Here is a rule to write down and save, whenever a term, or a step I mention slows you down or you find confusing, since all are probably new. The best thing to do is stop, perform a search and you will find the answer. You can also find lots of good information on Forums. Say search Golf Forum, and you would be surprised, sign in, ask for help, and some members will respond with possible options. You now have momentum, ran into a few speed bumps, but found ways to overcome these and keep moving forward. The balance of steps are going to be brief , specific, site, and product promotion, which is an on going cycle.
Here is an excellent Forum, Warriors, you can probably find someone to build a site, if need be.

Step 8 : Site promotion marketing guidelines. A) Auto site submitters, to the balance of SE companies world wide, sometimes your host will do this free monthly. B) SEO , I would save your money, until later. C) Blogging and pinging. Basically updating info on your site, articles, etc., and telling the SE something new, come and recheck my site, to improve ranking. This is really part of SEO. D) Free advertising, ok, but setup a free dumping e-mail acct, and be prepared for a load of e-mail in return. Note, check it also since many ask to confirm this e-mail.

Step 9: Bottom line real marketing, that gets results. Most of the so called tools you may find are old information like FFA, is a great example. But I wanted to touch on two things that do in fact work and work well over time. First it will take 3 plus months for these to show any significant results, but its really about viral marketing, something that keeps your site growing over time, using many other sites, directories, etc to advertise free for you. My favorite: Article marketing, write articles, distribute through submitters, Isnare; Article Marketing.com, others. My articles are picked up by directories, others, which make them available to anyone, who needs content on their website, but they must leave your name and site address at the bottom, so it is a snow ball effect forever , building links, popularity, and SE ranking position improved overtime.

This is a second favorite, but if you had a site on Scuba Diving at Cebu Island; one of 7,200 islands in the Philippines, where my teacher was French, another from Japan, one German, one Italian.; get the picture, this site should have options for multiple languages. You may pickup another 3,000 visitors per month. The software is out there. Many think the market is all based in the USA, thats absolutely wrong, you need to broaden your vision and realize there are customers everywhere. I sold software to an island off the coast of South Africa. I never heard of it before and had to look it up on a world map.

Step 9.9: Final Marketing tip, go talk with, Build it Site Sell; it is a great company that can provide all the needs to get you up and running, domains, website, marketing, and turn traffic into customers. They have a very good performance record. So there, you cannot fail, no room for excuses. This Marketing model can apply to any topic, subject of choice, just do it, and you will be rewarded. Last, persistence wins, remember this message.

A Career in Resort Management

Posted by admin

There are three kinds of management involved with resorts: Front-of-House Management, Heart-of-House Management I, and Heart-of-House Management II. Heart-of-House Management refers to managing the resort areas that support front-of-house operations. This type of management deals with the physical plant, grounds, energy, accounting, and purchasing functions of a resort hotel. These support areas are critical to the successful operation of a resort hotel, but great care is taken to keep the guests from seeing this aspect of the facility to ensure higher levels of guest satisfaction.

A resort is a place used for relaxation or recreation. As a result, people tend to seek out a resort for holidays or vacations. Generally, a resort is run by a single company, which attempts to provide for all or most of a vacationer’s wants while staying there, such as such as food, drink, lodging, sports, entertainment, and shopping.

Towns that contain resorts—or where tourism or vacationing is a major part of the local activity—are often called resort towns. The term resort is sometimes misused to identify a hotel that does not provide the other amenities required of a resort. However, a hotel is frequently a central feature of a resort.

The Walt Disney World Resort is perhaps the most famous example of a resort in the world, however, resorts exist throughout the world. Resorts are especially prevalent in Central America and the Caribbean.

A resort is sometimes called a destination resort. This is a common usage when the facility provides food, drink, lodging, sports, entertainment, and shopping within the facility so that customers have no need to leave the facility once they arrive. Commonly these facilities are of higher quality than would be expected if one were to stay at a hotel or eat in a town’s restaurants.

An all-inclusive resort is a resort that, besides providing all of the common amenities of a resort, charges a fixed price that includes most or all items. At a minimum, most inclusive resorts include lodging, unlimited food, drink, sports activities, and entertainment for the fixed price.

Pros and cons of all-inclusive resorts

A frequent critique of all-inclusive resorts is that they do not help the local economy or that they damage the local environment. People who hold this view usually cite the fact that most resorts are located in relatively remote areas away from major local population centers, making it hard for the people staying there to see any local sights or patronize local business. They also say that most resorts are owned and run by large multinational corporations, such as Club Med, Sandals or Hedonism Resorts thus diverting money away from local companies.

Proponents of all-inclusive resorts point to the fact that these resorts usually bring large numbers of visitors to the country, who must travel through local airports and towns to arrive at the resort. They also state that the resorts provide jobs in areas that are economically impoverished and away from the major centers. Resort popularity can sometimes drive up property values to such a degree that the resort workforce cannot afford to live near their workplace, causing the creation of nearby bedroom communities. This phenomenon is especially prevalent near ski resorts in the American West, and resorts in otherwise impoverished nations.

A Mega resort, a type of destination resort, integrates the services offered by a hotel, casino, dining, entertainment, and shopping into a single, large, and highly stylized or themed venue. The hotels along the Las Vegas Strip are most typically thought of as mega resorts owing to their immense size and complexity.

The first mega resort is generally considered to have been The Mirage given its size and emphasis on non-gaming entertainment options like shopping and fine dining to draw in customers. Mega resorts use the same fantastic or mythical theme (medieval life at Excalibur, tropical at The Mirage, famous cities, etc.) throughout their properties.
A luxury resort, sometimes referred to as an exclusive resort, is a very expensive vacation facility which is fully staffed and has been rated with five stars. Luxury resorts often boast many visitor activities and attractions such as golf, water sports, spa and beauty facilities, skiing, natural ecology and tranquility. There are luxury resorts all over the world from North America to the Caribbean and South America, from Europe to Asia, Africa to the Middle East, and the South Pacific to Australia.

A luxury resort is an elite luxury property which exhibits an exceptionally high degree of customer service and hospitality. A flawless execution of guest services will be the resort staff’s and managements main concern. A luxury resort will commonly also feature a superb architectural interior and exterior design as well as an interesting physical location.

The interior design will normally be elegant with stylish bedroom decor, exceptional dining facilities, and manicured landscaping and meticulous grounds. Luxury resorts will often also be in based in exceptionally desirable and strategic worldwide locations, from beautiful tropical islands, to snow caked mountains, to scenic lakes and rivers, to exhilarating cities. The locations will often be famous for featured activities from skiing to golf, water spots, diving, fishing, sailing and nature walks to glamorous shopping and nightlife entertainment.

A luxury resort may vary greatly in character, style and theme from resort to resort. A luxury resort will, however, normally be characterized by a high level of luxury, sophistication and off course price. Accommodations are first class, whether they follow a classic and traditional nature or a more minimalist and modern styling. An unmatched level of comfort will be available at a luxury resort, as well as many personalized services and amenities.

A ski resort is a ski area with a village and/or accommodations and other amenities at the base of the mountain. Ski resorts often have other activities to engage in besides skiing and snowboarding, such as snowmobiling, sledding, horse-drawn sleds, dog-sledding, ice-skating indoor swimming and hottubbing, game rooms, and local forms of entertainment. Ski resorts may be self-contained and entirely devoted to ski tourism (for example Vail ski resort) or they may be near a village or town that had a significant existence before the ski resort was built, such as Jackson Hole, Wyoming or Park City, Utah.

No matter what the season, Murcia is always a wonderful place to visit. Like all of the cities along the Costa Blanca, the weather is relatively mild all year round. Special natural blessings help to keep the average temperature of the Costa Blanca around 65 degrees Fahrenheit (18 Celsius). These blessings include the warm ocean breezes crossing the Mediterranean from Africa and mountains to the west that protect the area from the cold air of the rest of Europe.

The temperatures drop a little during the winter months, but still stay at a temperate 50 degrees Fahrenheit, 10 Celsius. Warm enough to golf, hike or do many other outdoor activities. A light sweater is all you will need during the day, and a jacket at night when it gets a little cooler.

The fall is one of the most times for Murcia weather. Many tourists are gone, so you can enjoy the sights and attractions without the crowds, but still be comfortable with temperatures in the 75 degree range (24 Celsius). Even the water is kind enough to stay warm so late season vacationers can still swim.

You will decide that there is no bad time to visit Murcia and the Alicante. You can’t ask for more than predictable, consistent weather ranging from 50 degrees in the winter to 75 degrees in the spring.

What do you pack for your trip to Murcia? One thing for sure, don’t leave your bathing suit home.

The sun is almost always out, so you will also want a light cover up for on the beach.

Pack a light jacket for almost any time of year, and then add a few layers if you are traveling in fall or winter.

Don’t forget about the consistent sunshine, it’s a blessing on vacation, but you do have to be careful of your skin. Wear a hat with a brim, as well as sunscreen.

Since there is so much to see and do in Murcia, you will want to have a pair of comfortable walking shoes along on your trip. The city is made for walking and sightseeing, and you can always take your shoes off for those long jaunts along the beach. If you forget any of these items, don’t let it bother you. There are many lovely shops in the downtown area where you can buy your essentials reasonably.

What not to pack? An umbrella! The average rainfall in Murcia is a paltry 3 cm a month. You may get as much as 6 cm in the fall or winter, but just duck into a museum if you hit a rainy day.

Vacationing in Saint Pete Beach Fl

Posted by admin

If you are searching for pristine, white sand beaches, numerous amusements, and centrality to excellent shopping, then consider St. Pete Beach for your next vacation to Florida. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and on the west side of Tampa Bay, St. Pete Beach is close to the attractions of the Orlando/Disney area while providing its own charms to those who want to escape the crowds. Head to St. Pete Beach for a relaxing getaway and experience all this waterfront wonderland has to offer.

The four miles of white sand that comprise St. Pete Beach make it easy to find the perfect spot to throw down your towel for a little rest and relaxation. In addition to the gorgeous St. Pete Beach, two that you absolutely must check out are Fort de Soto Park and Caladesi Island State Park. Fort de Soto Park was named the number one beach in the country for 2005 and is the largest park in the area with over seven miles of beaches and five interconnected islands. Visitors will find two large swim areas, two fishing piers (one on Tampa Bay, the other on the Gulf), picnic areas, and a variety of snack and souvenir shops for when you need a slight diversion.

Caladesi Island State Park can be accessed via the ferry from Honeymoon Island or by cruising out on your boat rental and tying up at one of the docks. This pristine island is one of the last underdeveloped barrier islands in the state, and its understated beauty led to it being named the number two beach for 2006. While the usual beach activities, including swimming, sunning, snorkeling, scuba diving, and shelling, are all popular here, one excellent way to explore this hidden treasure is on the three-mile trail that winds its way through the island’s interior.

If you want to head out of the St. Pete Beach and St. Petersburg area, the well-known attractions of central Florida are just a short drive away from the Gulf Coast. Experience an extraordinary zoo and theme park combination at Busch Gardens Africa, located in Tampa Bay and only 45 minutes away. For those who cannot resist the allure of Disney World or Universal Studios, these theme parks are located just outside of Orlando and can be reached in about 90 minutes from your accommodations in St. Pete Beach.

Shopping enthusiasts certainly will not be disappointed by the opportunities that St. Pete Beach provides for perusing interesting items and souvenirs. To find that perfect one a kind item to remember your vacation by, make your way to the specialty boutiques along the 8th Avenue business district in Pass-A-Grille and browse items such as original hammered jewelry. For a relaxing day popping in and out of stores, stroll the “Historic Corey Avenue Shopping District” or any of the stores located along Gulf Blvd.

While the shoppers in your family venture through the many stores, the duffers can get out there and hit some of the most beautiful links in Florida. Those looking for a championship course can head over to St. Petersburg and attempt to tackle the challenging Mangrove Bay Golf Course. Ranked one of the nation’s top 50 municipal courses, Mangrove Bay cozies up to the Old Tampa Bay inlets and has available extras such as golf club rental, a driving range, and professional golf lessons.

Whether you journey here for the sun, sand, or diverse amusements, you can find accommodations near everything you want to see and do when you consider Saint Pete Beach FL vacation rentals for your lodging needs. Stay near the sparkling beaches with unobstructed views of the water as you enjoy all the amenities and conveniences of home from your luxurious condo or home rental. When everything you need for a smooth, headache-free vacation is at your fingertips, you can truly enjoy all this gorgeous area has to offer and leave the stresses of home behind.
